Ashtanga Yoga Liverpool provides a space for you to learn and practice yoga in a relaxed, informal environment.
Ashtanga yoga classes take place throughout the week in Liverpool city
Centre. Private classes are also available on request, contact Helen
for further information. Yoga is a great way to relax and increase your
